Two persons shot by landguards at Tebu

Two persons have been shot by landguards at Tebu in the Ga South Municipality of the Greater Accra Region.

The incident occurred in the early hours of Friday, June 14.

Metrotvonline.com gathers the victims, whose names have not been disclosed, are currently receiving treatment at an undisclosed hospital.

The police have visited the scene to restore calm and have launched an investigation into the matter.

This incident comes on the heels of a recent crackdown on land guards in the Greater Accra Region, which has led to the arrest of several suspects and the seizure of weapons.
