Assembly members in Asante Akyem North, others pick nomination forms for Kwadwo Baah Agyemang

Members of the Asante Akyem North Assembly and other elected officials collected Kwadwo Baah Agyemang’s nomination forms.

A group of young men led by the engineer Mr. Kwabena Osei have benefited from Kwadwo Baah Agyemang in Ghana and abroad.

Kwadwo Baah Agyemang, the CEO of Ghana Digital Centers Limited, was chosen by elected assemblymen on Wednesday afternoon when they picked nomination forms.

After winning the Asante Akyem North seat in 2012, the CEO is running for reelection as the NPP’s parliamentary candidate.

After that, Baah Agyemang emerged victorious in the 2012 parliamentary elections, serving as a Member of Parliament for Asante Akyem North from 2012 to 2016.

“We are here in our numbers to pick the NPP nomination forms for a man whom we can perfectly describe as a complete human being. His efforts have made our lives and family members beautiful by offering us job opportunities and employment. I’m not here as a lone voice; I represent a number of people who, in diverse ways, have benefited from KBA. Some are in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, and others are in the security services and all forms of employment opportunities,” the former Assembly Member stated.

Recollection

Kwabena Osei stated that Baah Agyemang had, for more than ten years, secured scholarships for Asante Akyem North indigenous people to pursue their education in tertiary institutions, both in Ghana and abroad, during a remembrance of the humanitarian acts of the GDCL CEO when the team turned over the nomination forms to their favorite candidate.

He stated that Kwadwo Baah had given many idle youths work opportunities, such as enlisting them in the Navy, Army, Fire Service, or Police Service.

He revealed that others have received training in digital skills as a result of the former MP’s efforts.

According to the former Assembly Member, the GDCL CEO has made a positive impact on the lives of everyone in Asante Akyem North and has started a number of charitable endeavors, with the poor and hospital patients annually benefiting from such thoughtful actions.

“All of us standing here are a testament to the kindness of Baah Agyemang, and for me, I am now a Mechanical Engineer at Ghana Gas because our brother gave me that opportunity. We believe that if this man can do abundantly for our people when we grant him the opportunity to lead this constituency as MP,” Kwabena Osei stressed.

Appreciation

Kwadwo Baah Agyemang, who went to commission a community center he funded and built for the community on behalf of the group, was given the nomination form at Afrisie. He received the forms from Hon. Agyarko Frimpong, an assemblyman representing the Pekyerekye electoral area. After accepting the forms from the team, Hon. Baah Agyemang expressed gratitude to them for their trust in him.

He said that the fact that they bought the forms by themselves and made sure to give them to him demonstrated that he could rely on their assistance.

Asante Akyem North delegates were urged by Baah Agyemang to cast a large number of ballots in favor of him, using his position of power to advocate for additional projects in the assembly.

“I am humbled by your recollection of the history of my generous acts, but I do them because people must be happy since that’s the only thing that gladdens my heart. I promise to work hard and win this parliamentary election with the help of God and make Asante Akyem North great again,” Baah Agyemang stated.
