The Member of Parliament for Dormaa East, Paul Apraku Twum Barimah, has petitioned the leadership of the New Patriotic Party(NPP) to restore peace and order in the August 26th special delegates congress.
According to him, the leadership of the party must work hard to ensure stakeholders, aspirants, and their supporters maintain a peaceful atmosphere before during, and after the November 4, 2023, presidential primaries.
The lawmaker further stressed that the stakeholders in the party must not lose sight of the fact that their aim as a political party is to retain political power, and therefore unity, dedication, and commitment are crucial.
