Dreams FC show appreciation after Confederations Cup 2nd round qualification

Management of Dreams Football Club has express profound gratitude to fans and all stakeholders after qualifying for the 2nd round of the ongoing CAF Confederations Cup.

Dreams Football Club in a cagey game yesterday, at the Accra Sports stadium beat Milo Fc of Guinea, 2-1 to qualify for the 2nd round of the preliminary round.

Milo FC capitalized on a goal-keeping blooper and grabbed the first goal in the first half.

Striker Agyenim Boateng came off the bench in the second half to slot in the equalizer before John Antwi headed home the winner.

It is in this light that the leadership of the Dawu-based side have shown appreciation to all for their support in and outside the stadium.

Dreams FC drew with Milo Fc in the first leg in Guinea and beat them 2-1 to seal qualification on a 3-2 aggregate.

Dreams FC will play Serria Leonian side, FC Kallon in the next round.
