Europa League: Mohammed Kudus Nets Hattrick In A Possible Final Game For Ajax

Ghanaian International, Mohammed Kudus was on top form for Ajax Amsterdam in an Europa League game against Ludogorets in Bulgaria on Thursday night.

The Ajax player bagged a hattrick in their 4-1 victory against the Bulgarian side.

According to reports, Mohammed Kudus who is a transfer target for English side West Ham United is set to join the EPL in a deal worth an initial £ 35.5 million plus £2.5m in add-ons.

The Blackstars of Ghana attacking midfielder is said to have agreed on personal terms with the Hammers of London.

Speaking to the media after his sensational performance on Thursday which won him the Man of the Match Award, Mohammed Kudus admitted that this could be his last game for the Dutch side.

“West Ham? [They are a] Good club, yes. I think it was my final game here at Ajax. I don’t have control over anything but let’s see what happens, ” Kudus noted.

He added that “the talks are going on. We have to see if an agreement is reached in the next few days. Then we take it from there. That’s not my call or my job, I just do my thing on the pitch and my team takes care of the rest.”

When asked how much he would miss Ajax if he was to complete the move, Kudus added: ” I will answer that when everything is official.”
