A 28-year-old woman is receiving treatment after she was stabbed multiple times by her jealous boyfriend at Buduburam in the Gomoa East District of the Central Region.
The attacker accused the victim of cheating on him and attacked her during the night.
According to a relative of 28-year-old, Ama Ghana, her boyfriend only identified of Kobby constantly accused her of cheating prompting the family to step in several times.
After multiple instances of abuse against the victim, she decided to end the relationship and ceased a motorbike she bought for Kobby to use for Okada business.
Kobby, however, invaded the victim’s house during the night of Thursday September 21st, 2023 and stabbed her multiple times with a knife.
He fled the scene for fear of being caught as the victim screamed for help.
The victim who was met in a pool of blood by some nearby neighbors was rescued and transported to the hospital.
Kobby has been declared wanted by police.
