Bennet Adomah Agyekum, the owner of the well-known eatery Kikibees in Madina, Greater Accra Region, passed away.
The police have opened a criminal investigation. Agyekum was found in a pool of blood on Sunday, October 8, 2023, inside his residence in Madina, according to a brief statement from the Police.
He was immediately sent to the hospital for treatment, but when he arrived, he was pronounced dead.
In connection with the case, the Police grabbed Yandeh Joof, who is currently assisting the investigation and is thought to be Agyekum’s girlfriend.
The body of Agyekum has been placed in the morgue of the Police Hospital for preservation and to undergo the necessary autopsies.
