Aspiring leaders in Ghana’s frontline politics to be precise have to go under serious governance orientation through a series of mentorships to diagnose the true core values of leadership and the need to serve citizens and the nation at large.

I believe as a nation we need to outline the core merit and values of leadership qualities displayed by aspirants in order not to entrust the state’s resources and the sovereignty of the people to selfish, corrupt, and a few greedy citizens who hide behind political parties to enrich their party authorities through the act of indirect alleged conflict of interest by appointing same party members to head governmental institutions without making these appointments applicable to every citizen to apply if the need be without any political interest to stop the major problem of distracting the development of the people and the state as a whole with selfish and corrupt interest.

I strongly believe that the state’s constitution requires an urgent amendment which will hold leaders accountable to render tight accountability to the state, as well as ensure that the citizens are developed without any hesitation.

Governance is not a network or a tool used to enrich political parties and their members through an alleged act of awarding governmental contracts to party sympathizers, family members, party members, etc to strip off the entire citizens’ development economically .

Practically, governance is a tool used in developing the citizens and the states at large without any excuse.

Accountability should be highlighted in Bold Inks in our constitution to serve as a motivation key to stop corruption entirely.

Justice fights injustice with no fear or favour. It’s time leaders are put to check without fear.
