There has never been a quarrel in my house – Kwesi Pratt

Not many live to be seventy. The few who do have ailing health. But seasoned journalist, Kwesi Pratt Jr, is different.

At seventy years, the Editor-in-chief of the Insight Newspaper is as fit as a fiddle.

Although he does not exercise and has a strange remedy for curing sickness like smoking a pack of cigarettes when experiencing severe cold, Kwesi Pratt Jr.’s health is envied by many.

He works six days a week, making appearances on various radio and television shows plus giving lectures at a number of universities.

His job also sees him attending several events that usually make him return home to his family late in the night.

But sitting down with Dr. Randy Abbey on Metro TV’s Good Morning Ghana on Wednesday, August 16, the man colloquially known as Massa said quarrels over his work schedule and his home are at loggerheads.

He said his family understands his schedule and allows him to go about his business.

Mr. Pratt stated categorically that there has never been a quarrel in his house nor has he been questioned over the time he reported home.

“Throughout my life, there has never been a time I have gotten home and I’ve been asked why are you coming home at this time,” he said.

“Never happen in my life. Never!” Kwesi Pratt exclaimed.

“Never have a quarrel in my house. Never!” the celebrated journalist added.
