Ghana’s sole representative at the 2023/2024 CAF Champions League, Medeama SC has vowed to rewrite the Nation’s soar story at that level.

The Chief Executive Officer of Medeama SC, Joseph Tetteh Zutah agrees most Ghanaians would doubt their capability due to previous clubs’ ill luck at the said competition but it is positive Medeama can turn things around.

Zutah, who was an integral part of the team in their previous Caf Confederations Cup campaigns admits the onus lies on them now to perform well and possibly help Ghana regain some more slots.

“We are looking to make Ghanaians proud, try to regain our lost slots, and possibly rewrite the soar Ghanaian African campaign story “, he said.

Medeama SC will play Rema Stars FC from Nigeria in the preliminary round of the Champions League in August.
