Ghana can win the 2023 AFCON – German-born Ghanaian forward

German-born Ghanaian winger, Reagy Ofosu Baah has urged the Black Stars to go all out and win their last AFCON qualifying game against Central African Republic come September.

According to Reagy, who plays for Ohod Al-Medina FC in the Saudi Arabian First Division League, the senior national team have what it takes to win next year’s AFCON if they qualify.

In an exclusive interview with King Kaninja on Original TV’s Sports Punch show, Reaggy further disclosed that he felt more Ghanaian than German.

” I’m a Ghanaian, I love the country, I love the Black Stars and really want them to succeed.”

“I hope the Black Stars win the next AFCON.”

” I do follow the team, and I know they are very capable.”

The experienced forward also added that as a Ghanaian player, if the nation calls on him he will gladly honour the call-up.

The Ghanaian international, completed his move to Saudi Arabian outfit Ohod Club early this year.

He joined the club after a successful stint with Ionikos FC in the Greek league.

Ohod FC was named after Mount Uhud, hence the nickname “Al-Jabal”. Ohod have won the Saudi First Division three times and have finished runners-up five times.

They play their home games at the Prince Mohammed bin Abdul Aziz Stadium.
