Boxing prodigy Daniel Quaye A.K.A “High Tension” defeated his opponent, Ben Ankrah A.K.A Congo Soldier, in the lightweight bout of Night Six(6) of the Ghana Professional Boxing League at the Bukom Boxing Arena on Saturday night.

The talented boxer, who recently signed with Kurrency Boxing Management, remains undefeated in the ongoing season 2 of the Ghana Professional Boxing League, making it 2 wins out of 2 fights with a convincing victory over his opponent.

Daniel Quaye ensured he did enough damage on his opponent with a series of combinations and vicious jabs in the first three rounds, forcing his opponent to remain on his stool after the bell had signaled the commencement of the fourth round.

The fourth round saw the boxer, who currently trains with the Bronx Boxing Gym under the tutelage of the experienced coach Lawrence Carl Lokko, add to his tally of wins (3 wins, 1 draw) after recording a technical knockout over Ben Ankrah.

Daniel Quaye received wild and boisterous applause from the crowd after the game before extending his appreciation to his current manager, Bright Aboagye, C.E.O of Goldmart, a precious minerals trading firm, and promised to give off his best.

He thanked Trainer Carl Lokko and all the coaches and fellow stablemates who helped in sparring and expressed gratitude to his fans as well.
