Ghanaian TikToker Aba Martin, popularly known as Aba Dope, has disclosed that she paid an amount of GHC30,000 to go under the knife to get the body she desired.
According to Aba Dhope, she was not proud of her original body and hence resorted to wearing artificial buttocks and other accessories in order to look curvaceous.
Speaking on Accra-based Joy Prime, the tiktoker recounted how her desperation to get a curvy shape was spiked by a guy who nearly embarrassed her,
With the desire already being her major headache, she resolved to under the surgery regardless of the amount required.
She disclosed that as a result of her search, she found a facility in Turkye but later realized the cost was very expensive until she was later introduced to a surgeon in Nigeria, where the cost was less expensive at GH₵30,000.
Desperate Aba Dope, although she did not have such an amount from the profit she made from her restaurant, borrowed from a friend in addition to what she had to be able to go to Nigeria for the surgery.
“I asked around and booked Turkey. I went for a Turkey visa because I wanted to go and do it there. I asked for the price, and they said €5,000. I’m like, I don’t have it now. So they said I could pay in installments. So, I made up my mind to go and pay in installments.”
“Fortunately for me, one lady who had her body done came to my restaurant. So I asked her where she did it, and she said Nigeria, and I decided I’d go there… At that time, they were running promotions, so it was GH₵30,000. I quickly went to Nigeria without even booking,” she narrated.
