New Patriotic Party’s Deputy Director For External Affairs Nana Asafo-Adjei Ayeh has stated that the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) have no message for Ghanaians hence they have resorted to “lying about everything to win votes”.

In his view, violence, propaganda and lies have been the trademark of the largest opposition party in Ghana.

He noted that upon the numerous development projects being implemented by the current government to improve on livelihoods, the NDC have decided to throw dust into the eyes of the electorate due to their lack of campaign messages.

“The NDC in this country are so desperate that even when they are on the road where there is a grader working, if you say you are working on the road they will say it is a lie. they will say it is a lie, when you have built a school block which is visible, they will say it is a lie; in fact it is a plan that they should continue to lie about everything that we have done,”Nana Asafo-Adjei Ayeh told Kwaku Owusu Adjei(Patoo) on Adwenekasa on Accra-based Original FM 91.9.

“Their last national party elections were all about lies and Propaganda – at the end chief propagandist Asiedu Nketia won,” he added.

According to him, much as the government admits that the Ghanaian economy has come under some distress, the NPP has a better track record in the management of the economy than the NDC.

“The NDC has the track record of afflicting the economy with halting disease, and when we enter the scene we provide the gustation that the economy needs,” he stated, and added, “Don’t be deceived by fancy talkers as action speaks louder than words.”
