North Tongu: Ablakwa empowers female education in Zongo Communities with bicycle donation

In a commendable gesture of support for female education, the Member of Parliament for North Tongu, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, has once again demonstrated his commitment to breaking barriers hindering educational access in Zongo Communities of his constituency.

By way of celebrating Eid-ul-Fitr and as part of his ongoing efforts to promote education among Zongo Communities, Ablakwa donated bicycles to female pupils in various localities within his constituency.

This phase of the initiative, spanning areas such as Juapong, Podoe, Tagadzi, Bukari Kope, Volo, and Dramani Kope.

This initiative aims to facilitate transportation for girls to and from school, thus ensuring they can continue their education without impediments.

This latest intervention builds upon Mr. Ablakwa’s previous endeavors, as last year saw the successful implementation of phase one, which covered the Aveyime, Battor, and Mepe corridor.

With a steadfast determination to eliminate barriers affecting access, quality, and equity in education, the North Tongu MP remains resolute in his mission. By providing practical solutions to transportation challenges faced by female students, he seeks to inspire and motivate children, particularly girls, to remain steadfast in pursuing their educational aspirations.
