Some high ranking NPP members in the Garu and Tempane Constituencies of the Upper East Region have stated that their support for Alan Kyerematen, an independent candidate in the 2024 elections, is bent on helping him break the doupoly of the NPP and NDC, where power is shared between the two parties all the time.

One of their members who is part of the NPP communication team in the Tempane Constituency, Moses Dasmani, stated clearly that their members would canvas votes for the former Trade Minister in the upcoming elections and vote for lawyer Dindiok Kpemka of the NPP as their Member of Parliament.

Also, one of the topnotch members of the group, Bidi Jerimiah, stated that the Alan movement, which is the Movement For Change is here to stay. He called on all Ghanaians to embrace it and vote for Mr. Kyerematen to win the elections in December 2024.

Former NPP Communications Director of the then-Garu-Tempane constituency, Ibrahim Ayembilla also stated that members of Movement For Change in the country should not be intimidated by anyone and should be poised for victory come December 2024.
