Venturing into football was a burning desire, I have not quit music — Lucky Mensah

Lucky Mensah, one of Ghana’s greatest Hghlife artistes says he is running his football academy out of passion and that he’s not said good bye to music.

Speaking on the Super Sports Show on Original 91.9 FM, the ‘Nkrato’ hit maker explained his three years old academy was birthed out of the desire to nurture great football talents since he could not advance his footballing career.

Christened Alex Lucky Mensah, Highlife artiste, Lucky Mensah said he is very proud his academy produced the most valuable player at the just ended KGL U17 Championship.

“I am very proud my three years old academy produced a valuable player in that category,” he said.

“Music is still a part of me, my academy is inspired by my passion for the game of football. I want to develop and groom young talents to the highest level “, he added.

Lucky Mensah pledged to do more within the football ecosystem after this major achieved by his academy.
