A Delegation of Chiefs and Queenmothers from the Yilo Krobo Traditional Area led by his royal majesty, Oklepeme Nuer Anorbaa Sasraku II, the paramount Chief of Yilo Krobo Traditional Area who double as the President of Yilo Krobo Traditional Council called on the Minister for Chieftaincy and Religious affairs, Hon Stephen Asamoah Boateng on Tuesday, January 16,2024, at the Ministry in Accra.
In his submission, the Paramount Chief of Yilo Krobo thanked the Minister for the enormous contribution made in ensuring peace reigned at the Yolo Krobo traditional Area.

He appealed to the Ministry to aid the traditional area in the the following areas: construction of a palace for the Paramountcy, construction of an Astro turf for Somanya township and the construction of somanya town roads as well as Somanya Dodowa road.

The Minister in his response noted that he would speak with his colleague Ministers and other institutions on their request .
