Alan Kyerematen’s spokesperson, Yaw Buaben Asamoa, has shared his opinions on the evolving political scene.
Yaw Buaben Asamo stated that the super delegates congress result, while not shocking, had important ramifications.
Given the party’s historical dynamics, he stated that this result was rather predictable.
We’ve been down this road before,” he said, referring to their assistance in Bawumia’s successful campaign, which unintentionally hurt Alan Kyerematen’s hopes,”Yaw Buaben Asamoa told Kwaku Owusu Adjei(Patoo) on Adwenekasa on Accra-based Original FM 91.9.
He pointed out that this course of action has now got them to the current situation, where the party’s presidential campaign is in full gear.
He acknowledged those who had helped them by attributing some delegates’ votes for Mr. Kyerematen to a higher intervention.
He stressed, “I extend my salute to those who stood firm in their support for Alan,” appreciating their dedication despite the shifting political climate.
Despite these concerns, he expressed contentment that Mr Kyerematen’s position in the top five contenders had been secured, highlighting their collective satisfaction with this achievement.
He expressed his gratitude for being chosen as one of the contenders for the upcoming November 4th primary.
