According to them, they are resolute and solidly behind Kennedy Ohene Agyapong, whom they intimated is the most credible among the aspirants to lead the party to win the 2024 general elections.

Addressing a press conference at the forecourt of the constituency party office at Boamang in the Afigya Kwabre North constituency on Tuesday evening, the Kyekyewere Polling Station Organizer, Osei Assibey Chaucer emphatically dismissed claims by some party supporters who claimed to be loyalist of Kennedy Agyapong and Alan Kyerematen but have defected to join the Vice President team.

Osei Assibey stressed that such a decision was unilateral and did not reflect the decision of the entire polling station executives of Afigya Kwabre North.

He maintains that as loyal members of Kennedy Agyapong, they are aware of his competence and no one can deceive them because they are mature-minded people who make concrete decisions by themselves.

He, however, entreated all delegates to be resolute devoid, and succumb to any intimation that will come their way.

The Afigya Kwabre North Polling Station Executives emphasized that Kennedy Agyapong is a business-oriented person coupled with humility and hardworking attitude and can never be a failure therefore voting for him will help transform Ghana and Africa at large, adding that he stands tall among all other candidates in the November 4, presidential primaries.

The executives are entreating the party hierarchy to deal with intimidations ahead of the November 4 presidential primaries, which they say has the tendency to create disaffection in the party.

While calling on delegates to remain loyal to the cause of Ken’s 2024 presidential Ambition, they also revealed that they will secure about 70 percent of votes from polling station executives for him on November 4 to make him the NPP flagbearer going into the 2024 general elections.
