Menzgold Ghana Limited has asked its customers whose funds got locked up after its license was revoked to purchase a GHS650 Menzgold Digital Verification Access Card to verify their transactions.

This verification card will allow “customers who believe they have genuine indebtedness claims, to check their transaction status.”

The CEO of the defunct gold dealership company, Nana Appiah Mensah, popularly called NAM 1 disclosed in a statement issued on Friday, August 18, 2023.

Mr. Appiah Mensah added that customers who wish to claim their transactions must upload original colored soft copies of their transaction supporting documents from August 10th, 2023, to September 14th, 2023.

He said the company is undertaking this step after having realized that it is the only way to verify the claims of people who have been alleging that they have their funds locked up with Menzgold.

He warned that customers who fail to verify their claims will risk forfeiting their funds locked up with the company if indeed their claim is genuine.
