Member of Parliament for North Tongu, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa has accepted the challenge of the Minister of Communications to expose the alleged dubious corrupt deals in her ministry.
The NDC MP in a Facebook alleged that the Minister awarded a contract without approval from the Public Procurement Authority (PPA).
In a Facebook post, Samuel Ablakwa accused the Minister who doubles as the MP for Ablekuma West awarded a US$48 Million contract without the consent of PPA to what he describes as a Nigerian Cabal.
Following the accusation, Ursula Owusu in a similar post on her social media handle dared the North Tongu MP to produce the contract he claims she signed without approval from PPA.

In a latest development, the North Tongu MP has accepted the challenge from the Minister.
The MP accepted the challenge when he appeared on Metro TV’s Good Morning Ghana with Dr. Randy Abbey.
