A consortium of NDC youth groups in the Northern Region’s capital Tamale are calling on the flagbearer of the party, John Dramani Mahama, to consider Leslie Mensah Tamakloe, as his running mate going into the 2024 general elections.

The group at a press conference in Tamale said the work of the opposition NDC will be made easier if Leslie Mensah Tamakloe is selected.

Who partners John Dramani Mahama of the NDC as running mate going into the 2024 general elections? This is a question that has been answered by some groups of NDC supporters in the Northern Region.

At a press conference in Tamale, the groups urged the flagbearer and leadership of the party to select Leslie Mensah Tamakloe to partner the flagbearer to the 2024 polls.

The youth groups include; Total Force, Saha-tagra Youth and Al-shabab Youth Groups.

According to the groups, Leslie Mensah Tamakloe’s background as a businessman and ICT expert will contribute immensely to the victory of the party come 2024.

They also emphasized the need for the party to consolidate the grassroots support of the party in the Volta Region by selecting Leslie Mensah Tamakloe to partner Mr. Mahama.
