Krobo Odumase, Ghana – In a powerful display of unity and unwavering support, former President John Mahama found himself surrounded by hundreds of fervent NDC supporters during his recent visit to Krobo Odumase.

The passionate advocates were not merely there to welcome Mahama but to fervently push for the selection of ICT and banking expert, Lesley Tamaklo Mensah, as his running mate for the upcoming elections.

The enthusiastic plea from the NDC supporters reflects the strong allegiance of the Krobo and Volta region to the party, with the Member of Parliament for the Manya Krobo Constituency expressing concerns about the area’s developmental neglect due to their loyalty to the NDC.

NDC supporters, led by the Ghetto Youth President, passionately called for Lesley Tamaklo Mensah’s appointment, not only as a gesture of appreciation for the region’s loyalty but also as a strategic move to counter.

Former President John Dramani Mahama is currently embarking on a two-day ‘Building Ghana’ tour in the Eastern Region, starting on January 30, 2024.
