NDC to officially outdoor 2024 running mate on April 27

Professor Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang, the two-time running mate of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), will speak to Ghanaians on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at the University of Professional Studies (UPSA), Accra’s Kofi Ohene Konadu Auditorium.

It is officially her second formal outing as John Dramani Mahama’s running mate for the 2024 general election. She will be speaking about the NDC’s platform at precisely 4 p.m.

Members of the Functional Executive Committee, the party’s Council of Elders, and NDC flag-bearer, John Dramani Mahama, will grace the occasion, according to a statement released by the party’s communication officer, Sammy Gyamfi.

Parliamentarians will also be there, along with a host of other notable visitors from academia, the Diplomatic Corps, the Clergy, Nananom, Women’s Groups, and the creative arts, among other sectors.

The major program of the day would officially begin at 5 p.m., he said, after a number of events between 4 and 4:55 p.m. in preparation for Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang’s speech.
