The culprit seen in the viral video assaulting a colleague student of Adisadel College is still on bail but due to his impending WASSCE Examination, the case has been withheld till the end of the exams.
During the proceeding on Wednesday, August 2, the court agreed to commence trial after the completion of the 2023 WASSCE Examination which began on July 31st and will end on 26th of September 2023.
Parents of the two teenagers were in court to witness the case including members of the general public but due to the sensitive nature of the case, it was held in the judge’s chamber.
The culprit did not admit to the charges leveled against him.
The case has been adjourned to September 27, 2023.
