Duffour picks NDC 2024 presidential primary form

A former Governor of the Bank of Ghana, Dr Kwabena Duffour on Thursday morning picked forms to contest the National Democratic Congress (NDC) presidential primary in preparation towards election 2024.

The form was picked on behalf of Dr. Duffour by the Ashanti Regional Women’s Organiser, Gloria Huze who led a delegation to the premises.

Speaking at the party’s headquarters, Madam Gloria Huze touted the abilities of the business mogul to capture power and transform the fortunes of the nation.

According to her, Dr. Duffour who served as the Finance Minister during the Atta Mills administration has the masses’ welfare at heart.

She further stated that the 2024 presidential elections will require a courageous candidate like Dr Duffour to lead the NDC in saving the masses, especially women, from the current administration.

Dr. Kwabena Duffuor becomes the latest personality to pick forms for the NDC flagbearership race.

Already, former President John Mahama, businessman Ernest Kwaku Kobeah and former Kumasi Mayor, Kojo Bonsu have picked the presidential nomination form.

Meanwhile, the deadline for nominations is Friday, February 24.
