NPP Presidential Race: Committee Members Clapped For Me After My Vetting – Kwadwo Poku

One of the flagbearer aspirants in the NPP,  Kwadwo Nsafoah Poku has disclosed that he received a resounding applause from members of the vetting committee after his interaction with them on Monday.

The Energy Expert was among the three aspirants vetted on Monday by the NPP’s Vetting Committee.

The other two were Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and former Minister for Trade and Industry, Alan Kyerematen.

Speaking to the media after his vetting,  Kwadwo Poku described the process he went through as very smooth. He added that he answered every question put to him to the best of his abilities.

“Everything went well, the conversation was smooth. I answered all the questions they asked to the best of my ability,” he said.

According to Kwadwo Poku, he received applause from committee members, and that to him is an appreciation of his performance at the vetting.

“When you finish speaking and people are able to clap for you then it means they are impressed with what you said you have told them and after the end I got a clap,” he noted.

Results of the vetting are set to be released on Friday, July 21 with balloting scheduled for Monday, July 24.
