Garu Constituency NDC inaugurates Youth Working Committee for election 2024

The leadership of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), in the Garu Constituency, has inaugurated a Youth Working Committee for the upcoming 2024 elections.

The project was led by the constituency youth Organiser Solomon Abanga (Sulley USA).

The aim of the project is to empower some selected 88 youth members of the party in the constituency to sell the message of the party to electorates in their various localities. This, they say, would increase the party’s fortunes and reduce burden on the party hierarchy.

Dignitaries that graced the occasion include the first Member of Parliament for the Garu constituency, Dominic Azimbe Azumah, the NDC parliamentary candidate for Garu Dr Thomas Winsum Anaba, the NDC constituency chairman Thomas Larry, the youth Organiser Solomon Abanga (Sulley USA), the party Upper East Regional youth Organiser and other party executives from neighbouring constituencies.

In a speech, the NDC parliamentary candidate Dr Thomas Winsum Anaba, called on all members of the party to walk the talk and work hard for victory on 7th December, 2024.

The constituency chairman Thomas Larry, briefed participants the statistics the NDC has in the constituency and called on members to help increase the tally in the upcoming elections.
